For generations, kids have been picking on one another, tormenting classmates and some have engaged in bullying fellow students. However, unlike in the past, the youth of today have a wide variety of technological tools at their disposal like cell phones, social websites and e-mail available to use to make mischief and abuse their fellow classmates.
