Inbox, Sent Messages, Drafts and Trash

The Inbox is the place you will go to read your new (or old) messages.

There are a couple of ways that you can access your new messages in IQity.

When you see a picture of a small sun that appears next to the word “Inbox” in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, you will know that you have new messages.

You can also click the "Inbox" link and you will go directly to the Inbox where you will be able to read your messages.

Now that you know how to open a message let’s see how you would reply to your message.
